This was sent away to get double valve springs uprated valve stems etc. Valves lapped back in and shims all taken care of.(Will get ported and polished down the line)But good to flow 360-380bhp at the min. I also have the gear box and will get the QUAIFE diff in that when i get some time. Need to find and buy my 3dr foci now then i will get the clutch flywheel and injectors (I already know which ones im getting)that will be the engine finished
