Hampton Ferry Classic Car-Bike Show.

Hello to everyone,

I am very sorry for the late posting of this event,as I have only just come across your club website.

There is an open invitation to any members that can make it to.....The Hampton Ferry Classic Car-Bike & Machinery Show at Boat lane, Evesham, Worcester. WR11 4BP on Sunday July 3rd next.

This is a layed back, relaxed show alongside the river Avon just 500yds from the town centre where the old hand pulled ferry is still in use to this day. It has its own restaurant where you can buy a sandwich or a full carvery at a very reasonable price. Or simply bring your own, we dont mind.

There are no entrance fees. No forms to fill. No side shows or loud organ music playing all day. You can arrive on the day when its convenient for you, as some travel a distance. This is solely for the motor enthusiast to gather and join like minded people.

This is a none profit making event, but there will be a raffle in support of ...The Birmingham Childrens Hospital Oncology Unit (Cancer Ward) Who treat children from all over the country..This is very close to our hearts.
The donations are all from local business people like the Morgan Factory who have donated £90 worth of goods.

There is a trophy and annual cup for the car of the day, chosen from a numbered ticket given on arrival, plus a medal for the runner up. This way we think is fair to all as you cant compare a Rolls Royce to a Mini.
