Tough Mudder Competition

Hello there

This november i will participating in the Tough Mudder Competition (if my physio therapist says my backs strong enough to cause its poorly) along with 12 other friends of mine. were all out of shape except maybe 2 lol.

any of you guys fancy joining us?

What is it?
its a 12 mile assault course, with 28 obsticals.
some include jumping 15ft into water, walking across rivers on beams, walking up steep hills n back down holding a big log, monkey bars across a river, diving into ice cold water, crawling in mud under barbed wire, going through tunnels filled with mud.
lots of fun stuff liek that
at theend you get a funky headband and a PINT!

A lot of my friends did this, it looked pretty intense! Will there be another tough mudder next year?
